About the Program

The University of Georgia offers an Online Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences—Community Nutrition program for working professionals in school and community nutrition who wish to broaden their knowledge in the field. Tuition for the program is the same for both Georgians and non-residents.

No GRE required.

This online master’s degree can be completed in as little as one calendar year; however, students have up to six years to finish the coursework. Graduates of the program gain the credentials to enhance their earning potential and can assume a variety of roles in both the public and private sectors, including community outreach coordinators, nutrition assessors, and more.

This Online Master of Science in Nutrition program requires a minimum of 30 semester hours of coursework including a final capstone course and can be completed in a one or two year option.
