I got into medical school this year, and I attribute a large portion of that to this program. It gave me a sense that I can handle work, and I can do it on my own schedule. I think the most surprising thing about the program was how good of a job UGA did at really making you feel connected. Someone in Montana could have the same experience as someone taking it in Athens, so I definitely thought the community was the best part.
